Dan loves telling visual stories.

He currently lives in New York City, where he illustrates and animates Cool School, a weekly children's cartoon which has been viewed more than 500 million times since it began in 2011, and is now viewed millions of times every month.

NWAR, his animated detective series, was selected to screen at the 2014 New York Television Festival, was mentioned in Variety, and has played at the Upright Citizens Brigade's monthly Channel 101 comedy video competition for over three years (it's the longest running show in Channel 101 NY history). At Channel 101's year-end-awards show, it won "Best Show" and "Best Writing" in both 2014 and 2015.

His live-action and animated movies have played at international film festivals, including Board To Death, a stop-motion short film which won a $10,000 first prize in the 2011 OnVidi student film competition. Socknapped, a live-action thriller parody, won the Audience Favorite award at the 2011 University of Pennsylvania Film Festival.

He has written articles and cartoons published on sites including McSweeney's, Cracked, and CollegeHumor.

He's a long-time member of Improv Everywhere, an NYC-based comedy group.

He juggled for like 30 seconds one time, but you weren't there, so you'll have to just take his word for it.

In his spare time, he enjoys describing himself in the third person.
